Terms of service

These terms cover towing, recovery, roadside repair, transport and storage carried out by Titan Tow & Repair LLC ("Titan", "we"). Requesting a truck means accepting them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone are estimates based on what is described to us — vehicle type, load, location and condition. Where the situation on scene differs materially from what was described, the price may change, and we will tell you before work continues.

Arrival times

ETAs are our honest estimate at the time of the call. Traffic, weather, road closures and scene conditions can change them. An ETA is not a guarantee and we do not accept liability for consequential loss arising from delay.

Authority to move a vehicle

By requesting service you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle, or authorised by the owner, insurer or law enforcement to have it moved. You remain responsible for the accuracy of that authority.

Personal property

Remove personal property and valuables from the vehicle before it is towed where you are able to. We are not responsible for items left in or on a vehicle, or for cargo we did not load.

Condition and pre-existing damage

Vehicles are frequently recovered in a damaged, immobilised or unsafe state. We take reasonable care, but recovery from a ditch, a rollover or a collision can require methods that leave marks. Where damage is unavoidable to complete a recovery, we will point it out.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless an account has been agreed in advance. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, fleet accounts, insurance billing. Storage is charged daily from the day after delivery to our yard.

Storage and release

Vehicles held at 2751 Liberty Landing Rd., Liberty, MO are released to the registered owner or an authorised representative on presentation of identification and settlement of charges, subject to Missouri law.

Insurance

We carry commercial general liability, on-hook and garage-keepers cover. Certificates are available to fleet and commercial customers on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
