Roadside repair

Mobile truck and trailer repair, where the truck sits

Most truck breakdowns never need a tow. Titan Tow & Repair runs a mobile service truck across Kansas City and northwest Missouri that fixes air leaks, brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, cooling systems, suspension, steering and trailer faults at the roadside, 24 hours a day. If we can fix it where it sits, you skip the tow and the shop queue.

Our service truck carries the parts and the tools. Faster for your driver, cheaper for your office, and the load keeps moving.

How it runs

From your call to the truck moving

01

Describe the fault

What it is doing, what the dash says, and whether the truck still builds air. Photos help.

02

We bring the parts

The service truck carries the common failure items so most jobs are one visit, not two.

03

Fixed or towed — your call

If it cannot be fixed safely at the roadside we will say so, and the wrecker is already ours.

Other services

Heavy-duty towing

A loaded tractor-trailer is not a bigger car. It needs a rated wrecker, a rated operator and a plan before anything gets hooked. That is what we send.

Winch-outs & recovery

Bad rigging wrecks loads and hurts people. Recovery is the part of this job where training is the whole difference.

Light-duty towing

The same yard that runs the heavy wreckers runs the rollbacks, so a car gets the same answer at 3am that a semi does.

Mobile truck repair questions

What truck repairs can actually be done at the roadside?

Air leaks, brake chamber and slack adjuster work, batteries, starters, alternators, hoses and belts, coolant leaks, lights, landing gear, air lines and most trailer electrical faults. Engine internals, transmissions and anything needing a lift have to go to a shop.

Do you work on trailers as well as tractors?

Yes. Trailer lights, wiring, landing gear, doors, air lines and brake work are a large share of what the service truck does, on dry vans, reefers and flatbeds.

Is mobile repair cheaper than towing it in?

Usually, yes. A roadside fix means no tow bill, no shop intake and the driver is moving again the same day. We will tell you honestly on the phone which way is likely to be cheaper for your situation.

Do you come out at night for repairs?

Yes. The service truck runs the same 24/7 schedule as the wreckers — nights, weekends and holidays.
